This is no ordinary bucket list. I’m hoping anyone going through dark times can find light through this list.
Travel is therapeutic. It helped me overcome depression and fall back in love with life.
O ne of the biggest aspirations in life is to be a better person. A better and improved version of ourselves. With the help of therapy and travel I survived depression and other gruesome events in 2016. So I made a bucket list of values I learnt during therapy to pull off by my 25th birthday.
Why Before 25?
At the age of 25 you're assumed to have figured out where your life is headed.
In 2016 I was convinced I wouldn't make it to my 25th birthday. Life was a darkness with no ray of light in sight, but today I have fallen back in love with life. To celebrate a new lease on life and a birthday I didn’t foresee, I created a bucket list with all the values I picked up during therapy.25BEFORE25 is also for you. It could serve as a beacon of hope; a reminder that the biggest breakthroughs are usually just beyond the darkness. No matter what life throws at us we can rise above it and be better.
